Talent Acquisition team partners with business leaders to support the talent acquisition process and proactively work on multiple requirements. He/She would handle end to end Recruitment & get onboard the potential talent to ensure that business is armed with an able workforce. The position will be responsible for quick turnaround of vacant positions & ensuring acquisition of quality talent within recruitment budget.
Role Description
You will be responsible for to manage end-to-end hiring. You will collaborate with hiring managers, ensure a steady talent pipeline, and provide regular updates to ensure full visibility of hiring progress across stakeholders.
Core responsibilities
1. Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.
2. Source qualified candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and AI tools.
3. Screen and shortlist resumes; conduct initial interviews to assess fit.
4. Schedule interviews and coordinate with stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication.
5. Extend job offers and assist with negotiations within company policies
6. Ensure strong team interaction to receive feedback & referrals from the members
7. Maintain updated records in the ATS (Monday.com).
8. Conduct reference checks and background verifications.
9. Provide weekly hiring reports to your manager and relevant stakeholders.
10. Share hiring status, blockers, and closures to ensure transparency and visibility.
11. Stay updated with best practices and trends in recruitment for process improvement.
12. Stay updated with the employment laws & hiring compliances.
13. Collect & keep market analysis for various roles relevant to our industry up-to-date
Essential requirements, attributes and skills
· Graduate with 2–5 years’ recruitment experience (corporate or agency).
· MBA in HR (preferred but not mandatory).
· Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT) and AI-based tools.
· Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
· Prior experience with ATS platforms, preferably Monday.com.
· High attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
· Familiarity with employment laws & compliance is a plus.
