Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable portfolio to ensure timely collections.
- Contact clients via phone, email, and other channels to resolve overdue accounts.
- Investigate and reconcile discrepancies in billing and payments.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Billing, Sales, Finance) to resolve disputes and ensure accurate invoicing.
- Prepare and maintain collection reports and aging analysis for management review.
- Escalate high-risk accounts and recommend appropriate actions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in collection processes
- Adjustment and Reconciliation of Accounts
- Balance Confirmation Letters
Required Experience:
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in collections or accounts receivable.
- Experience in a shared services or global finance environment preferred.
- Familiarity with international payment terms and compliance regulations.
