Job Purpose
As a key member of the DTS team, you will primarily collaborate closely with a global data driven research firm. Partner with multi-functional teams to develop internal as well as customer-facing solutions leveraging APIs, user interfaces, databases, and cloud services.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Stay updated with the emerging technologies and industry trends
Key competencies
Essential Skills
- 4-6 years of professional software development experience
- Proficiency in .NET framework, .NET/.NET Core, and C# programming language
- Experience with AWS cloud services and architecture
- Strong skills in ReactJs for front-end development
- Expertise in writing and implementing unit and integration tests
- Familiarity with REST APIs and good API design
- Knowledge of relational database technologies such as PostgreSQL and MSSQL
- Understanding of software design patterns and SOLID principles
Good to have
- Python exposure
- Big data processing framework exposure e.g. Spark
Education:
- B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science or related field
Behavioral Competencies
- Good communication (verbal and written)
- Experience in managing client stakeholders
