Job Summary
In this position you will be an extension of the Client’s global mobility team.
You will help the client enforce their Global Mobility policies across their organization. You will help process their employees’ requests relating to Global Mobility moves. This is a fully client facing role.
You will play a critical role in creating the intended employee experience for the mobile employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle queries and requests from the Client’s employees relating to their global mobility moves.
- Ensure high quality work is delivered within agreed KPIs
- Lead / co-lead ad-hoc projects
- Build various periodic / ad-hoc reports relating to global mobility moves.
- Monitor and distribute cases and workload.
- Identify process improvement and streamlining opportunities.
- Provide support for QBRs, client policy & process documentation (eg : SoP)
- Co-leads transition of new work and process improvements
- Cultivate positive client / onshore relationships while proactively and efficiently addressing client needs, escalating as appropriate
- Collaborate across teams to drive timely completion of deliverables
- Trains team members and contributes to L&D content,
- Build team morale
Pre-requisite Knowledge/Skills Relevant To Role
- B.Com/MBA degree with 3 years’ experience in Expatriate Tax (any compliance) + 1 year in TRC (Tax return contact) role.
- Understanding of global mobility, including policies, processes and tax equalization process.
- Excellent English communication skills is a must.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Google Suite and Excel
- Intermediate to advanced global mobility policy and concept knowledge
- Great active listening skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and rapport building skills.
- Demonstrate empathy and patience when dealing with employees
