Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP TPM Senior Associate to lead and support end-to-end trade promotion processes within a consumer goods or retail environment. The role requires strong functional and technical expertise in SAP TPM, along with integration knowledge across SAP CRM, ECC/S/4HANA, and BW systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and execution of trade promotions using SAP TPM.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders (sales, marketing, finance) to define promotion strategies.
• Design and maintain trade fund structures aligned with business goals.
• Monitor fund consumption and provide insights to prevent overspending or under-utilization.
• Ensure smooth data synchronization using SAP CRM Middleware.
• Provide L2/L3 production support for TPM-related incidents and service requests.
• Diagnose root causes and implement sustainable fixes.
  
  

Required Skills & Expertise

• Strong hands-on experience in :
• SAP TPM (Trade Promotion Management)
• Trade Funds Management (TFM)
• Trade Claims Management (TCM)
• Expertise in SAP CRM Middleware (data replication, queues, troubleshooting).
• Integration knowledge of :
• SAP CRM with ECC / S/4HANA
• TPM with BW / BW-IP
