Job Title: Senior Associate - Performance Marketing

About the Role:
We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with data, campaigns, and ideas - someone who understands how digital marketing can drive real results. If you’ve worked in the education space and know how to connect with students/parents through online campaigns, this role could be a great fit.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Planning and executing digital campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, GMB, Search, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), etc.
- Managing performance marketing campaigns with a focus on leads, conversions, and ROI
- Monitoring campaign performance and making regular optimizations
- Working on keyword research, ad copies, and basic landing page inputs
- Tracking and reporting campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Excel spreadsheets, etc.
- Coordinating with internal teams/clients to understand requirements and improve campaign outcomes
- Staying updated with trends in digital marketing, especially in the education/edtech space
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of experience in digital/performance marketing
- Some exposure to the education/edtech industry is important
- Basic understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and campaign optimization
- Comfortable working with numbers, reports, and Excel
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Someone who is proactive, curious, and willing to learn
Mandatory
- Experience working with lead generation campaigns (especially for schools, colleges, retail, real estate or edtech)
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, or CRM platforms
