Job Title: Senior Associate - Performance Marketing

About the Role:
We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with data, campaigns, and ideas—someone who understands how digital marketing can drive real results. If you’ve worked in the education space and know how to connect with students/parents through online campaigns, this role could be a great fit.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Planning and executing digital campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, GMB, Search, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), etc.
- Managing performance marketing campaigns with a focus on leads, conversions, and ROI
- Monitoring campaign performance and making regular optimizations
- Working on keyword research, ad copies, and basic landing page inputs
- Tracking and reporting campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Excel spreadsheets, etc.
- Coordinating with internal teams/clients to understand requirements and improve campaign outcomes
- Staying updated with trends in digital marketing, especially in the education/edtech space
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of experience in digital/performance marketing
- Some exposure to the education/edtech industry is important
- Basic understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and campaign optimization
- Comfortable working with numbers, reports, and Excel
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Someone who is proactive, curious, and willing to learn
Nice to Have (but not mandatory):
- Experience working with lead generation campaigns (especially for schools, colleges, or edtech)
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, or CRM platforms
