We are looking for a sharp, data-first performance marketer to join the Acquisition team at CashKaro.
You will run the paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads that bring new users onto the platform, and own their performance day to day - spend, efficiency, and outcomes.
You will work hands-on inside the ad platforms and the data, diagnose why a campaign’s performance moves, and action it quickly - reallocating budgets, fixing what is broken, and scaling what works.
We want an AI-native marketer - someone who reaches for AI first to analyse faster, automate the repetitive, and test more ideas than a traditional workflow allows.
Working closely with Product, Design, Growth, and Analytics, you will help shape CashKaro’s acquisition strategy and grow the user base efficiently.
