Role: Senior Associate – Portfolio Accounting & Financial Reporting
This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end financial lifecycle of assigned real estate investment structures, including deal onboarding, portfolio accounting, capital transactions, financial reporting, audit coordination, and deal disposition. The role requires close collaboration with global stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting, strong governance, and timely execution across the investment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned investment entities and act as the primary finance contact for stakeholders
- Support deal onboarding activities, including funds flow, capitalization, working capital schedules, closing costs, and review of legal and funding documentation
- Manage month-end and quarter-end close activities, including accruals, intercompany reconciliations, management accounts, fair value assessments, cash analysis, NAV analysis, and debt tracking
- Execute capital transactions, treasury coordination, debt financing activities, and ensure compliance with legal and tax requirements
- Support asset disposals through funds flow preparation, distribution calculations, and working capital assessments
- Prepare and review annual financial statements, coordinate audits, resolve audit queries, and support statutory reporting
- Collaborate with Tax, Treasury, Legal, Corporate Secretarial, Valuation, auditors, lenders, and other stakeholders
- Contribute to process improvements, automation initiatives, ERP enhancements, system testing, SOP development, and strengthening of control frameworks
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline
- CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification preferred
- 8–10 years of experience in real estate, private equity, or fund accounting
- Strong understanding of investment fund structures, deal lifecycle, and investment accounting
- Experience working with cross-border stakeholders and external auditors
- Strong financial reporting and accounting knowledge
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills
- High attention to detail, strong ownership mindset, and the ability to manage multiple deals under tight timelines
