The Opportunity
When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Workforce Consulting team you will help clients navigate organizational challenges and drive impactful workforce solutions. As a Senior Associate you will engage in structured problem-solving, manage workstream execution, and mentor junior team members while fostering client relationships. This position provides an exciting opportunity to contribute to transformative projects that enhance organizational effectiveness and drive cultural change.

What You Must Have
- Master's Degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Management, Organizational Behavior Studies, Sociology, Psychology
- 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- MBA or master’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Sociology, Psychology, or related fields of study (preferably from premier B-Schools).
- Master's Degree in Business Administration preferred
- Certifications in Human Resources or Talent Management preferred
- Proficiency in leveraging GenAI tools for productivity
- Ability to transform data into actionable insights
- Excelling in storytelling and communication skills
- Navigating ambiguity and adapting to changing priorities
- Supporting engagement managers in addressing client needs
- Experience with organizational network analysis or HR technology
