Role Overview
This is an execution-focused marketing role designed for someone who is:
● Digitally native
● Highly organized
● Comfortable using AI tools
● Curious about marketing analytics
● Process-oriented
You will support brand growth, social media execution, SEO content development, and HubSpot
campaign management. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a strong foundation in
modern B2B marketing.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management & Execution
● Manage day-to-day social media publishing (LinkedIn primarily; others as required)
● Plan and execute the monthly social media calendar
● Draft posts aligned with brand positioning and thought leadership themes
● Repurpose long-form content into short-form social posts
● Track engagement and performance metrics
● Identify opportunities to improve reach and engagement
2. Content Creation (Branding + SEO)
● Write blogs, website content, landing pages, and campaign copy
● Optimize content for SEO (keywords, internal linking, formatting)
● Support Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) initiatives
● Work with subject matter experts to turn insights into structured content
● Use AI tools responsibly to improve efficiency while maintaining quality
We expect strong self-sufficiency in using tools like ChatGPT, content research tools, and basic
analytics platforms.
3. AI Tool Utilization
● Demonstrate proficiency in using AI tools for:
○ Content drafting
○ Research
○ Idea generation
○ Workflow optimization
● Continuously experiment with AI to improve marketing productivity
● Document workflows for repeatability
4. Coordination with Design Team
● Create structured design briefs
● Coordinate with shared design team for creatives and assets
● Ensure timelines are met
● Review drafts and provide structured feedback
● Maintain brand consistency across assets
5. HubSpot Campaign Execution
● Work closely with our Hubspot admin team to design follow-up and engagement
processes inside HubSpot for:
○ Demo bookings
○ Re-engagement
○ Reactivation
○ Nurturing
● Ensure contact segmentation is accurate
● Work with HubSpot admin team to ensure proper implementation, and track and report
campaign performance metrics
6. HubSpot Hygiene & Process Discipline
● Maintain CRM cleanliness and tagging accuracy
● Ensure deals and contacts are accurate and updated for each stage of the process
● Audit email lists and workflows periodically
● Collaborate with HubSpot admin team on improvements
● Ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy
What We’re Looking For
Skills & Qualifications
● 0–5 years of experience in marketing
● Strong written communication skills
● Good understanding of:
○ SEO fundamentals
○ Social media marketing
○ Email marketing
● Familiarity with HubSpot (preferred but not mandatory)
● Comfortable using AI tools independently
● Strong organizational skills
● Ability to manage deadlines
