Your area of work:
As a Functional Test Engineer, you will accelerate functional testing and improve the quality of the 360T platform, thereby significantly contributing to Deutsche Börse Group’s overall strategy and supporting its ambition to be a leading global market infrastructure provider.
Your responsibilities:
- You are jointly responsible for ensuring the overall quality of the platform across releases.
- In preparation for releases, you will design and execute test plans, scenarios, and test cases.
- You take responsibility for maintaining test documentation and ensuring adequate test coverage.
- In addition, you will support cross-functional teams in defect identification and resolution.
- You actively participate in requirement analysis, sprint planning, and review meetings.
- You contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and collaborate with the automation team.
Your profile:
- Must-have: Over 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Testing, including at least 1 year of hands-on experience in testing financial applications.
- Must-have: Strong capability to design and implement test approaches for complex applications.
- Must-have: Good knowledge of financial derivatives and underlying products.
- Must-have: Strong analytical and reasoning skills with a structured approach to problem-solving.
- Must-have: Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- Nice-to-have: A good, relevant business or technical degree or an equivalent qualification.
