Role Description
HC Global is seeking a Senior Associate for IT Support to join our team on-site in Mumbai. This full-time role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, managing desktop computers, and operating within the broader information technology landscape. The Senior Associate will manage the help desk and act as a key resource in ensuring seamless IT operations and support for internal teams and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Technical Support and Troubleshooting with the ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues effectively.
- Experience with Desktop Computers, including configuration, maintenance, and application support.
- Proficiency in Information Technology operations, including system upgrades, network monitoring, and incident management.
- Expertise in Help Desk Support, including managing user queries, service tickets, and maintaining high service standards.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to liaise with technical and non-technical team members effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Relevant IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent are a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with the financial services industry and experience in a similar role are beneficial.
