Position: Senior Associate - Influencer Marketing
Location: Gurgaon
Overview: We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Senior Associate with 2-3 years of experience in
managing influencer collaborations, preferably with experience working with Indian creators or Influencer Marketing agencies. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the influencer landscape and be comfortable working with PAN Indian content creators.
What you will do:
● Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with influencers, ensuring alignment with brand goals.
● Execute influencer brand marketing campaigns end-to-end, from outreach to execution and
performance tracking.
● Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and timelines with influencers and agencies.
● Collaborate with internal teams to align influencer campaigns with overall marketing objectives.
● Track and analyze influencer campaign performance and optimize strategies accordingly.
● Stay updated on industry trends, emerging influencers, and platform changes.
What we are looking for:
● 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing with creators or agencies.
● Strong understanding of Indian influencer landscape and social media platforms.
● Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
● Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
● Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
