About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven and detail-oriented Senior Associate – Influencer Marketing to manage end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns. This role requires strong coordination skills, a deep understanding of social media trends, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while ensuring seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Campaign Execution
- Execute influencer marketing campaigns from brief to closure across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels
- Understand client briefs and translate them into actionable campaign plans
- Ensure timely delivery of all campaign milestones
2. Influencer Sourcing & Coordination
- Identify and onboard relevant influencers based on brand requirements, target audience, and campaign objectives
- Build and maintain a strong network of influencers and talent agencies
- Coordinate with influencers for content creation, timelines, and deliverables
3. Negotiation & Commercial Alignment
- Work closely with internal pricing/procurement teams to finalize influencer commercials
- Ensure cost efficiency while maintaining quality of creators
4. Content Management
- Review influencer content to ensure it aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
- Share feedback with influencers and ensure revisions are implemented
- Maintain quality control across all deliverables
5. Client & Internal Stakeholder Management
- Act as a bridge between internal teams (Planning, Pricing, and Sales) and external stakeholders
- Provide regular updates to clients on campaign progress
- Ensure high client satisfaction through proactive communication
6. Campaign Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor campaign performance in real time
- Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, impressions, and conversions
- Prepare detailed post-campaign reports with insights and recommendations
7. Problem Solving & Escalation Management
- Anticipate and resolve campaign-related challenges (delays, content issues, influencer drop-offs)
- Ensure minimal disruption to campaign timelines
Key Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing / digital marketing / talent management
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer ecosystem
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns under tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and reporting tools
- A solution-oriented mindset with the ability to handle pressure
