Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of the complete Engagement-to-Cash (E2C) process, covering project initiation through to revenue realization.
- Collaborate closely with Finance, Project Management, and Operations teams to gather business requirements and translate them into SAP process designs.
- Configure and provide ongoing support for SAP modules including FI, CO, PS, and SD to ensure smooth E2C operations.
- Manage project setup, budgeting, time and expense tracking, milestone billing, cost and revenue recognition, and client invoicing within SAP.
- Participate actively in month-end close activities, ensuring compliance with revenue recognition standards such as IFRS 15 and ASC 606.
- Develop functional specifications for reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflows (RICEFW).
- Provide user training, develop process documentation, and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance E2C efficiency.
- Collaborate with global teams to standardize and optimize the E2C process across multiple regions and business units.
