Responsibilities
- To perform operation of clean utilities equipment and HVAC system.
- Perform preventive/predictive maintenance, trouble shooting, and repairs on clean utilities equipment and HVAC system
- To attend breakdown maintenance activities with relevant checklist and updating associated documents.
- Ensure proper functioning of AHUs for maintaining environmental conditions (temp/RH, differential pressure & pressure balancing) required in clean rooms.
- Execution of scheduled preventive maintenance of Air Handling Units, clean utilities equipment.
- Execution of scheduled preventive maintenance of Water Plant equipment.
- Execution of scheduled preventive maintenance of Dynamic Pass Box, Biosafety Cabinet and Laminar Airflow.
- Identify all aspects of clean utilities equipment and HVAC system issues and notify if immediate maintenance action is required.
- To follow regulatory compliance requirements and support the goal & objectives of the organisation as a team member.
- To provide detailed information by verbal communication, via written shift logs, maintenance logs/schedule and information systems.
- Responsible to handle minor modifications, improvements and adhere according to clean utilities equipment and HVAC system related operation and maintenance SOPs.
- Daily operations, responding to trouble calls and maintenance of the site utility systems.
- Escorting on-site contractors, vendors, guests, or visitors throughout utility area as needed.
- Assisting for RQ of Area / Compressed Gases / Pure steam quality testing including preparation of protocols and execution with third party vendors.
- Any other maintenance tasks assigned by superiors.
