About the Role
We're seeking a highly detail-oriented Senior Accounts & Finance Executive to manage end-to-end accounting operations for one of our key clients. This hands-on role runs the complete accounting engine—bookkeeping, compliance, payroll, MIS reporting, and coordination with the client's internal finance and operations teams.
You'll ensure books are audit-ready, compliance is timely, payroll runs smoothly, and management receives reliable financial insights. This position offers exposure to operational finance, Virtual CFO advisory, and process building in a growing business environment.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Financial Operations
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable
- Support monthly/quarterly/year-end closing processes
- Ensure accurate financial records with proper revenue/expense classification
- Maintain audit-ready documentation and workpapers
MIS & Financial Reporting
- Update Management Information System (MIS) reports and dashboards
- Prepare entity-level P&L summaries and cost analysis
- Track key financial metrics for business decision-making
Compliance Management
- Track statutory filings: GST, TDS, MCA, and routine regulatory compliance
- Maintain compliance calendars and ensure timely submissions
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and advisors as needed
Payroll Processing
- Handle end-to-end payroll including statutory deductions
- Ensure compliance with payroll regulations
- Coordinate with HR for accurate employee data management
Coordination & Process Improvement
- Work closely with client's internal accounting and operations teams
- Participate in process walkthroughs and implement best practices
- Support internal controls, audits, and documentation requests
Candidate Profile
Qualifications
- CA Inter / CMA Inter / B.Com / M.Com
- CA Articleship experience preferred
Experience
- 2-5 years in accounting, compliance, and finance operations
Technical Skills (Must-have)**
- Strong accounting fundamentals
- Expertise in GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
- Payroll processing experience
- Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, and advanced Excel
Soft Skills
- High attention to detail and ownership
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Organized, deadline-driven, and process-oriented

Working Model
