Job Description – Senior Associate
Location: Pune
Experience: 3–6 Years
CTC: Up to ₹12 LPA

About the Role
We are looking for a high-energy, sharp, and delivery-focused professional with experience in closing CXO and senior leadership mandates. The ideal candidate should have experience with an executive search or leadership hiring firm, with hands-on exposure to candidate pipeline management, stakeholder coordination, and end-to-end mandate closure.
Key Responsibilities
1. Mandate Delivery & Closure
- Drive end-to-end delivery for CXO and senior leadership mandates.
- Build and manage candidate pipelines, shortlisting, and ensure timely mandate closure.
- Track mandate progress and ensure delivery against defined timelines.
2. Stakeholder & Client Coordination
- Work closely with Senior Consultants, Engagement Managers, and clients to understand role requirements.
- Provide regular progress updates, market intelligence, and candidate insights.
- Coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
3. Candidate Identification & Assessment
- Conduct preliminary leadership assessments and competency-based screenings.
- Identify and evaluate candidates against role requirements.
- Present shortlisted candidates with evaluation notes and fitment recommendations.
- Guide candidates through interviews, compensation discussions, and offer finalization.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in executive search, CXO hiring, or senior-level recruitment.
- Strong exposure to leadership positions such as VP, Director, and CXO.
- Strong research, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with strong ownership of outcomes.
