Job Description
- The successful applicant will report directly to the Practice Head
- Work on execution of corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other business combinations
- Provide strategic and commercially sound legal advice on general corporate matters, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance
- Liaise with clients, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transaction processes.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends to provide proactive and informed advice to clients.
The Successful Applicant
A successful candidate should have:
- Law Graduate with 3-7 years of post qualification experience in the Law Firm space
- Experience in assisting on Corporate transactions for clients across sectors
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
