Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role experienced lawyer handling Construction Disputes. The role includes strategic advisory and representation in courts and arbitrations.
Location: New Delhi/NCR
Responsibilities:
- Leading client interactions.
- Conducting fact-finding exercises with clients
- Developing case strategies.
- Drafting notices, opinions, pleadings etc.
- Guiding junior associate's in research and drafting.
Required Qualification & Skills:
- 5-8 years of PQE.
- Exceptional command over the English language.
- Ability to translate complex legal narrative into simple, practical, business-oriented advice.
- Proficiency in legal research and drafting.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables and to meet tight deadlines.
