What You’ll Do:
- Support preparation of weekly and monthly business performance reports across functions, tracking key metrics vs plan
- Assist in variance analysis, highlighting key movements in revenue, costs, and margins
- Support month-end close activities, including:
- Preparation of revenue and cost provisions / accruals
- Tracking reversals and ensuring completeness and accuracy
- Perform data reconciliation across systems (dashboards, internal MIS)
- Identify discrepancies and work with stakeholders to resolve them
- Maintain clean, auditable datasets for reporting
- Coordinate with business, operations, and controllership teams to:
- Gather inputs for reporting and provisioning
- Ensure timelines and data accuracy
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes through data collation and basic analysis
- Support ad-hoc analysis and data requests from the business finance team
Who You Are:
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Finance, FP&A, or financial analytics roles
- Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (comfortable with large datasets and basic modeling)
- High attention to detail and focus on data accuracy and hygiene
- Basic understanding of financial statements and accounting concepts (e.g. accruals / revenue recognition)
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and follow through on data dependencies
- Structured thinking and ability to present data clearly
