🔍 About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Research Analyst to support global sanctions and compliance research. The role involves conducting in-depth secondary research on sanctioned individuals and organizations across multiple geographies.
🧠 Key Responsibilities
- Conduct qualitative secondary research using reliable public sources
- Identify and analyze sanctioned entities across global regulatory lists such as OFAC, EU, DFAT, UNSC, etc.
- Gather, validate, and structure data on individuals and organizations
- Use data mining and analytical tools to derive insights
- Prepare structured reports (Word, Excel, dashboards)
- Apply analytical frameworks to ensure high-quality research outputs
- Collaborate with team members and share process improvements
- Deliver accurate results within tight timelines
✅ Required Skills
- Strong interest in market/business research & compliance
- Good knowledge of secondary research techniques
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Basic understanding of data analysis tools (Excel, etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment

- Exposure to sanctions/compliance research
- Familiarity with global regulatory frameworks
