Job Summary
In this position you will serve as a vital contact for employees engaged in assignments, transfers, and relocations, covering both international and domestic movements. This role encompasses liaising with clients, internal teams, and mobility suppliers. It involves providing operational support, adeptly managing inquiries, and serving as the main escalation point for any issues related to global mobility.
Job Description
- Managing international Project worker assignments, acting as the single point of contact for the assignee and family to provide advice in the end-to-end management of their individual assignment
- A confident individual that can maintain relationships in the business at varying levels of seniority. Directs team in support of assignee mobility
- Partnering with external vendors to ensure that all services are provided timely and in a compliant matter, while ensuring a smooth relocation process for our assignees.
- Team player with good organizational, planning and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of all mobility assignments, ensuring compliance with firm policies and legal requirements. Leads ad-hoc projects / processes / accounts, ensuring high quality deliverables within agreed KPIs
- Collaborates across teams to drive timely completion of deliverables
- Gathers business requirements and understands client /engagement needs
- Identifies and implements strategies to improve efficiency and reduce cost
- Prepare and process mobility-related documentation, including assignment letters, cost estimates, vendor support and other assignment related activities.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment; Good sense of urgency and time management
- Good analytical & numerical skills with attention to detail. Understanding of engagement economics and management concepts
- Advanced written and oral Business English
- Excel and Data Management skills
Qualification
- Graduation and MBA (HR / International Business / Operations- this is optional
