Role Description The Food and Beverage Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bilaspur. This role oversees daily food and beverage operations across corporate guest houses, ensuring high-quality meal services, adherence to hygiene standards, and efficient kitchen workflows. The manager coordinates menu planning, vendor relationships, inventory management, and cost control to deliver consistent and reliable food service. They supervise and train staff, monitor customer feedback, and implement improvements to maintain strong guest satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with housekeeping and front office teams to provide integrated hospitality services for corporate clients.
Qualifications
- Strong customer-focused mindset with skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service.
- Experience in Operations Management, including planning, process optimization, and team supervision.
- Practical knowledge of Food Service operations, including menu planning and food safety standards.
- Hands-on experience in Food & Beverage management within hotels, guest houses, or similar setups.
- Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams; strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant education in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field preferred.
- Familiarity with inventory control, vendor management, and basic budgeting or cost control.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to support operational requirements.
