Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Ahmedabad for the position of Senior Associate. The Senior Associate will engage in planning and executing strategies for clean energy projects, support stakeholders in achieving project targets, and prepare reports on project progress and outcomes. The role involves conducting in-depth market analysis, optimizing operational efficiencies, and participating in cross-functional collaborations to meet organizational goals. The Senior Associate will also support the design and implementation of strategic initiatives that align with ReNew's decarbonisation objectives.

- Strong analytical and research skills for market analysis and project evaluation
- Proficiency in project management and cross-functional collaboration
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to prepare detailed reports and present findings effectively
- Proficiency in leveraging digital tools and technologies for strategic analysis
- Proven problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities
- Experience in the renewable energy sector is a strong advantage
- Relevant academic qualifications in renewable energy, environmental science, management, or engineering
- Familiarity with clean energy trends, decarbonisation targets, and sustainability policies
