Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Associate based in Ahmedabad. The Senior Associate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency, manage project deliverables, analyze and interpret data, and support the implementation of strategic initiatives. The role requires identifying opportunities for process improvements, generating insightful reports, and ensuring the alignment of activities with the company’s sustainability goals. The successful candidate will also contribute to stakeholder communication and support ongoing projects through effective coordination and analysis.
Qualifications
- Analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and data interpretation expertise
- Proficiency in project management, process improvement, and strategic planning
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Familiarity with decarbonisation strategies and renewable energy markets
- Technical aptitude in digital tools and platforms for energy or sustainability initiatives
- Relevant educational qualifications, such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, engineering, environmental studies, or related fields
- Experience in a similar role within renewable energy or sustainability-focused organizations is an advantage
