Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Associate – Finance to join our growing team. In this role, you will work with US-based clients and support their day-to-day accounting operations using leading cloud accounting platforms - QBO or Xero.
The ideal candidate should have a strong accounting foundation, hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online or Xero, and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Accounts Payable transactions and vendor invoices
- Manage Accounts Receivable, customer invoicing, and collections support
- Process payroll and maintain payroll records
- Prepare and process vendor and customer payments
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
- Record journal entries and maintain accurate accounting records
- Assist with month-end closing activities
- Maintain accounting documentation and supporting schedules
- Communicate professionally with internal teams and international clients
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of assigned work
- Follow standard operating procedures and identify opportunities for process improvements
Eligibility
- Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience
- Hands-on working knowledge of QuickBooks Online (QBO) or Xero
- Good understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail

- Experience working with US or international clients
- Exposure to cloud-based accounting applications
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
