Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Senior Associate position based out of Mumbai, India. The Senior Associate will manage day-to-day operations within the corporate registry domain, maintain client relationships, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and support process improvement initiatives. The role includes collaborating with teams to deliver high-quality services, handling sensitive client information with utmost confidentiality, and driving exceptional client satisfaction through operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in managing corporate registry tasks, investor services, and client relationship management.
- Strong data management, analysis, and reporting skills, with attention to accuracy and detail.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and a working knowledge of ISO standards, especially ISO 27001:2022 certifications.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, team coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in handling technology solutions for registry and investor management will be advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field, and prior experience in similar roles is highly preferred.
