Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Club Mahindra kensville golf resort ahmedabad
for a Senior Associate position. The Senior Associate will be responsible for engaging with guests to ensure a positive experience, managing reservations, assisting with customer queries, supporting onsite operations, and contributing to the overall quality of hospitality services. The role will require collaboration with team members to provide customer satisfaction and align with brand standards.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with guests and address their needs effectively.
- Proficiency in handling reservations, guest inquiries, and providing operational support.
- Problem-solving and organizational skills to ensure seamless coordination of guest services.
- Team collaboration abilities to work effectively with onsite staff in delivering customer satisfaction.
- Experience in hospitality or related industries is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic, customer-facing environment with a focus on guest experience.
