Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Senior Associate to join our team. The Senior Associate will provide strategic legal advice and manage a diverse range of legal matters, including M&A transactions, private equity, venture capital, and corporate law cases. Responsibilities will include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex legal documents; managing client relationships; and collaborating with colleagues to deliver solutions tailored to clients' needs. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram.
Qualifications
- Expertise in M&A transactions, private equity, venture capital, and corporate law
- Strong drafting, reviewing, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in employment law, financial investment legalities, and securities offerings
- Analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex legal projects
- Excellent client relationship management and communication skills
- Capability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required
- Experience in the Indian legal market is highly beneficial
Salary - At par with Tier 1 and leading Tier 2 firms (depending on work experience and skill sets)
