Basic Information

Position Title – Senior Associate

Experience Level – 3-6 Years

Department – Private Markets

Location – Gurgaon

Position reports to – Assistant Director

Job Purpose

We are looking for dedicated and motivated individuals with strong leadership, organizational and teamwork skills for its Private Credit team based in Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities

l Should have solid understanding of cash and liquidity management across multiple private debt funds, loan allocations and related fundings for Private Debt.

l Have a good understanding of Money Market Funds (MMF), forex transactions and credit line draws and repayments.

l Work closely with number of external loan managers, Administrators and Custodians

l Review capital calls, distributions and transfers related to Private Debt loans.

l Assist with various other ad hoc projects and reviews related to client requests

l Interact with senior professionals at client end.

l Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

l Conduct quality checks of client deliverables

l Perform other duties as requested or as responsibilities dictate.

l Demonstrate strength and experience in client/requester relationship building and management and information/knowledge needs assessment.

Skills & Experience

  • 3-6 years of relevant experience in investment operations, treasury, or middle-office roles within asset management or private markets.
  • Chartered Financial Analyst, Chartered Accountant or Master of Business Administration from a top-tier business school.
  • Prior exposure to Private Debt asset class is must.
  • Strong understanding of cash and liquidity management, FX hedging, credit facilities, and capital call processes.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a process-oriented mindset.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Office applications; familiarity with automation tools is a plus
  • Flexible and collaborative approach; thrives in a dynamic, entrepreneurial setting
