About the Role
We are looking for a motivated, sharp and self-driven individual to take charge of all business accounts. The role requires someone comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup environment where systems are evolving and multiple stakeholders need coordination. This is not a passive “booke-keeping” role.

The role involves handling multi-property hospitality accounting including homeowner reports & payouts, statement reconciliations, vendor management, expense tracking across locations, updating & improving MIS and monthly compliance (GST, TDS etc.).
A broad scope of work is given below:
- Keep accurate records of all financial transactions in the organisation
- Undertake all entries in Tally
- Carry out bank statement reconciliations
- Maintain the P&L account and balance sheets
- Follow and improve existing expense tracking systems
- Produce month end reports along with a comparison with forecasts and previous data
- Produce periodic reports for homeowner partners
- Consistently maintain and update the MIS and other financial reports for the senior management’s perusal
- Coordinate with onsite staff for expense management and supervision
- Chase late payments, report bad debts, resolve discrepancies etc
- Do the GST, TDS, ROC and IT filings for the firm
- Constantly upgrade the organisation’s financial data analytics to inform strategic decision making
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- Graduation in a commerce related field/CA intermediate.
- 4-5 years of work experience in accounts. Experience in the hospitality industry will be given preference.
- Experience of an articleship.
- Experience of handling accounts for multi-location businesses.
- Experience in making business plans, financial reports, MIS etc.
- Experience in filing GST, TDS, ROC and IT returns.
Skills
- Excellent communication in English, both spoken and written.
- Strong command over MS Excel/Google Sheets
- Fluency in Tally
- Strong analytical skills and hold on numerical data.
- Self- driven and motivated with an acute ability to take initiative.
Location
This is an in-office role at our headquarters in Dera Mandi, near Gwal Pahari, Gurgaon.
