The Senior Associate – Admissions & Outreach will primarily drive school partnerships and outreach initiatives, building strong relationships with institutions to expand program participation.
This is a high-impact role suited for individuals who are strong communicators, relationship builders, and execution-focused.

Big Red Education is an education firm that is curating courses on leadership, entrepreneurship, communication, business design, etc. for high school students - grades 8 - 12.

Senior Associate - Admissions & Outreach Job Description:
- Lead and execute the school outreach strategy across India.
- Build and maintain relationships with school counsellors, and academic coordinators to drive long-term institutional partnerships.
- Identify, prioritise, and onboard new partner schools to expand student participation across programs.
- Plan and conduct school visits, presentations, workshops, webinars, and information sessions.
- Develop structured outreach calendars aligned with school academic cycles and program timelines.
- Track outreach pipelines, partnerships, and conversion metrics to improve engagement outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with internal marketing and partnerships teams to strengthen lead generation and school engagement campaigns.
- Drive repeat collaborations and annual program partnerships with existing schools.
- Take ownership of outreach targets and consistently work towards expanding school partnerships.
- Assist in the admissions cycle through coordination, application tracking, and stakeholder communication.
Senior Associate - Admissions & Outreach
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 2–4 years of experience in outreach, partnerships, or related roles
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines
- Comfortable with outreach (calls, meetings), but not a sales-heavy role
- Proficiency in Google Workspace / Excel; CRM experience is a plus
Preferred Qualities:
- Experience working with schools or in the education sector
- Confident, proactive, and professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of targets

- Location: Emaar Digital Green, Gurugram
- Hours: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, Monday - Friday
- Monthly In-Hand Compensation: INR 65 - 70K per month and Based on experience & skills
