Senior Associate (4–6 Years Experience)

Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Associate with 4–6 years of experience to support deal execution, financial analysis, and business development initiatives. The ideal candidate should have hands-on exposure to financial modelling and have contributed to live transactions.
Key Responsibilities
l Build and maintain financial models including valuation models (DCF, comparable analysis, etc.)
l Prepare pitch decks, investor presentations, and marketing materials
l Support end-to-end deal execution, including due diligence and transaction documentation
l Conduct industry research, market analysis, and company profiling
l Assist in business development activities, including identifying prospects and executing outreach
l Manage client communication support and coordination during deal processes
Required Qualifications & Skills
l 4–6 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, transaction advisory, private equity, consulting, or related roles.
l Proven experience in live transactions, including M&A, fundraising, capital markets, or other corporate finance engagements.
l Strong expertise in financial modelling, valuation methodologies, and financial analysis.
l Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to develop complex financial models and high-impact client presentations.
l Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
l Ability to independently manage multiple workstreams while working in a remote or hybrid environment.
Preferred Profile
l Experience working in a fast-paced deal environment
l Prior exposure to mid-market transactions or startup ecosystem
l Location: Remote candidates are welcome; however, Bangalore is the preferred location.
