Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Senior Associate – Procurement & Administration. The role involves managing procurement activities, vendor relationships, and inventory control to ensure seamless operations. Additional responsibilities include overseeing administrative functions, coordinating with stakeholders, maintaining records, and ensuring adherence to organizational policies and compliance requirements. The Senior Associate will also support budgeting and planning to optimize resource utilization.

Qualifications

• Experience in Procurement, Vendor Management, and Inventory Control
• Administrative and Planning skills, including budgeting and resource optimization
• Knowledge of Compliance Requirements and Policy Enforcement
• Proficiency in Record Keeping and Documentation
• Strong Communication, Collaboration, and Stakeholder Management skills
• Proactive and detail-oriented with problem-solving capabilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Prior experience in nonprofit organizations is a plus
