Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Associate – Partnerships, based in Bengaluru. The Senior Associate will develop and manage strategic partnerships, build relationships with key stakeholders, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to drive growth. The role involves conducting market research, negotiating partnership agreements, and analyzing partnership performance to identify areas for improvement and maximize impact.
Qualifications
- Proven ability in Business Development, Relationship Management, and forging strategic partnerships
- Strong Analytical and Research skills to identify market opportunities and evaluate partnership performance
- Excellent Negotiation, Communication, and Interpersonal skills
- Project Management and Organizational Skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving goals
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to problem-solving and decision-making
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
- Experience in financial services, FinTech, or related industries is an advantage
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
