Job Description & Summary
• As a Senior Associate focused on Oracle Fixed Assets (FA), Project Costing, and Billing, you will support ongoing operations, incident resolution, and continuous improvement of Oracle finance solutions in a managed services environment.
• In this role, you will work with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support production environments, resolve functional issues, execute maintenance activities, and deliver incremental enhancements.
• You will apply your understanding of fixed assets and project finance processes to help improve operational stability, financial accuracy, compliance, and service delivery.
Responsibilities
• Support day-to-day operations of Oracle Fixed Assets, Project Costing, and Billing modules
• Investigate and resolve production support issues, service requests, and process exceptions within agreed service levels
• Support period-end, month-end, and project accounting activities including reconciliations, validations, and issue resolution
• Perform configuration and maintenance activities, including setups, master data updates, accounting rules, and transaction support
• Support asset lifecycle processes, project cost allocation, capitalization, invoicing, and revenue-related activities
• Assist with interface monitoring, data validation, and integration issue resolution across upstream and downstream systems
• Participate in testing for patches, fixes, enhancements, and release activities
• Prepare and maintain runbooks, support documentation, issue logs, and status reporting
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, system optimization, and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with client teams to communicate status, manage priorities, and support service delivery expectations Preferred Knowledge/Skills
• Experience with Oracle FA, Project Costing, and Billing in a support or managed services environment
• Understanding of fixed asset accounting, project accounting, billing, capitalization, and financial close processes
• Ability to troubleshoot functional issues, perform root cause analysis, and support defect resolution • Familiarity with integrations, data validation, reconciliations, and testing processes
• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills Basic Qualifications •Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years of relevant experience in Oracle Financials, project finance systems, ERP support, or managed services
• Experience supporting Oracle Fixed Assets, Project Costing, Billing, or related finance modules
• Experience in production support, post-go-live support, or application managed services environments
Preferred Qualifications
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
• Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP or Oracle E-Business Suite
• Familiarity with SLA-driven support models, ticketing tools, and release management processes • Prior consulting or client-facing professional services experience preferred
