We are seeking experienced IFRS professionals to join our client's IFRS Advisory team in an offshore capacity from India. The selected candidates will support client engagements by conducting technical IFRS research, providing accounting advisory services, and assisting with the implementation of complex IFRS standards across various industries.
This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a strong technical accounting background, preferably gained within a Big Four accounting firm or a leading professional services organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct technical research on International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and provide well-supported accounting conclusions.
- Assist clients with IFRS implementation, adoption, and compliance projects.
- Prepare technical accounting memoranda, position papers, and advisory reports.
- Analyze complex accounting transactions and recommend appropriate IFRS treatments.
- Support financial statement reviews to ensure compliance with IFRS requirements.
- Stay up to date with new and revised IFRS standards, interpretations, and regulatory developments.
- Collaborate with engagement teams to deliver high-quality advisory services within agreed timelines.
- Participate in client discussions and provide technical accounting support throughout engagements.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and the development of internal technical resources.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Approximately 3–4 years of relevant experience in IFRS Advisory or Technical Accounting.
- Hands-on experience in IFRS research and implementation assignments.
- Big Four experience is preferred.
- Strong technical accounting knowledge with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
