About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven Senior Associate – CEO's Office to work directly with the CEO on strategic initiatives, business planning, operational excellence, and special projects. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and enjoy solving complex business problems while working closely with senior leadership.
As a trusted partner to the CEO, you will help drive cross-functional initiatives, monitor business performance, prepare executive communications, conduct market and competitive analysis, and ensure strategic priorities are executed effectively across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Initiatives
- Partner with the CEO to drive strategic business initiatives and high-impact cross-functional projects.
- Support annual operating plans, business reviews, organizational priorities, and strategic planning.
- Conduct market research, competitive intelligence, and industry analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Build business cases and evaluate new products, markets, partnerships, and investment opportunities.
CEO Office & Business Operations
- Prepare executive dashboards, business reports, and KPI reviews for leadership meetings.
- Track strategic initiatives, monitor execution, identify risks, and ensure timely closure of action items.
- Coordinate with Business, Technology, Sales, Finance, HR, and Delivery teams to drive alignment.
- Assist in defining operating metrics and governance mechanisms across business functions.
Business Analytics
- Analyze operational, financial, and commercial data to generate actionable insights.
- Build presentations and executive-ready reports for Board meetings, investors, customers, and leadership.
- Develop dashboards using business intelligence tools to improve decision-making.
- Translate data into recommendations that improve operational efficiency and business performance.
Special Projects
- Lead CEO-sponsored transformation initiatives from concept through execution.
- Support mergers & acquisitions, strategic partnerships, due diligence, and organizational transformation initiatives when required.
- Represent the CEO's Office in cross-functional meetings and ensure effective follow-through.
Required Skills
- 4–8 years of experience in CEO's Office, Founder's Office, Strategy, Business Operations, Management Consulting, Corporate Strategy, Revenue Operations, or Business Analytics.
- MBA from a Tier-1 or Tier-2 Business School preferred.
- Exceptional analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
- Strong financial and business acumen.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar analytics platforms.
- Ability to synthesize large amounts of information into concise executive summaries.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Strong project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- High ownership, attention to detail, and execution excellence.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
