Role Description
The Senior Assistant Manager for Canada opportunities will manage and oversee client immigration procedures, engage with potential clients, and provide consultation on Canadian immigration opportunities. Responsibilities include assisting clients with preparing and processing immigration applications, staying updated on Canadian immigration policies, and ensuring compliance with documentation requirements. The Senior Assistant Manager will also lead a team of consultants, provide strategic guidance, and monitor team performance. This is a full-time role based in Canada.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of immigration processes, documentation, and regulations, specifically for Canada.
- Experience in client consultation, relationship management, and customer service.
- Team leadership and people management skills to guide and support a team of consultants effectively.
- Proficiency in organizational and administrative tasks such as project coordination and record-keeping.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to interact with clients and authorities.
- Analytical thinking with the ability to stay updated on immigration law changes and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, International Relations, or a related field preferred.
