Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Assistant Manager for Abroad Opportunities at our Canada location. The role involves managing client consultations, guiding clients on immigration and visa processes, handling documentation, and coordinating with internal teams for smooth processing. The candidate will ensure compliance with immigration regulations, oversee timelines, and maintain communication with clients to address their concerns. Additional responsibilities include resolving escalations, staying updated on immigration policies, and contributing to improving operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Visa Processes, Immigration Rules, and Documentation Management
- Exceptional Client Consultation, Coordination, and Communication Skills
