Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Art Director based in New Delhi. The Senior Art Director will oversee creative direction, lead branding initiatives, and manage art direction for various projects. Responsibilities include conceptualizing and delivering innovative and cutting-edge designs, supervising graphic design projects, and ensuring cohesive visual communication strategies. Additionally, the Senior Art Director will collaborate with multiple departments and mentor junior creative team members to ensure alignment with strategic brand objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Creative Direction and Art Direction to lead and oversee the visual identity of projects
- Proficiency in Branding and developing cohesive visual strategies
- Expertise in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a deep understanding of design software and tools
- Keen attention to detail and the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual content
- Proven experience in managing a creative team or collaborating across departments
- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
- Experience in advertising, media, or a related industry is a strong advantage
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for creative excellence

We are looking for a creative and experienced Art Director who can lead visual storytelling and bring powerful ideas to life across digital and brand campaigns. If you have a strong design sense and experience working with advertising or creative teams, we’d love to connect.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the visual direction for digital, social media, and integrated campaigns
• Conceptualize and develop creative ideas along with copy and strategy teams
• Design and supervise high-quality creatives, campaigns, and brand assets
• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and deliverables
• Guide and mentor designers and junior creatives
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to translate briefs into impactful visuals
Requirements:
• 6-12 years of experience as an Art Director / Senior Designer (preferably in advertising or creative agencies)
• Strong portfolio showcasing campaigns, branding, and digital creatives
• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other relevant software
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, and visual storytelling
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
