Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Senior Art Director. The Senior Art Director will be responsible for overseeing creative projects, guiding branding initiatives, and developing visual concepts from ideation to execution. Their day-to-day responsibilities include leading and mentoring a team of designers, crafting compelling graphic designs, and maintaining the aesthetic integrity of Ruby's Organics' branding. The role will also involve collaborating with marketing and product teams to ensure cohesive and impactful visual storytelling that aligns with the company's mission and values.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Creative Direction and Art Direction to develop and execute innovative visual strategies
- Proficiency in Branding, with a strong understanding of brand identity development and consistency
- Advanced skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, including proficiency in industry-standard design tools
- Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor and manage a team of creatives
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- A keen eye for detail and a strong sense of aesthetics
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality creative work in similar roles
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field
