Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Art & Design Facilitator based in Noida. The role involves designing and delivering innovative art and design curriculum, mentoring students to develop their artistic skills, and overseeing creative projects that encourage individual expression. Responsibilities will also include managing exhibitions, facilitating workshops, and collaborating with faculty to integrate art into interdisciplinary learning. The facilitator will contribute to creating a dynamic learning environment that inspires creativity and supports artistic excellence.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Visual Arts, Design, and Creative Thinking
- Proficiency in Art Techniques, Mixed Media, and Digital Art tools
- Experience in Project Management, Team Leadership, and Workshop Facilitation
- Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills
- Passion for fostering creativity and mentoring students in their artistic growth
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Fine Arts, Design, or a related field
- Prior experience in teaching or facilitating in an art and design environment
- Familiarity with emerging trends in art education and design technology
