Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kozhikode for a Senior Area Sales Manager-Telecom. The role involves managing and leading sales teams to drive revenue and achieve targets for telecom products and services. Responsibilities include strategic planning, developing and executing sales initiatives, building and maintaining strong client relationships, monitoring team performance, and generating reports. The role also requires addressing market challenges and ensuring continuous growth through effective leadership and sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong sales management skills, including leadership, team management, and strategic planning
- Expertise in business development, client relationship management, and achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and sustain beneficial client and team relationships
- Ability to analyze market trends and performance data for effective decision-making
- Prior experience in the telecom industry is preferred
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
