Position Overview
- Responsible for driving sales and business development for modular cubicles and partition solutions.
- Manage end-to-end project sales including specification, tracking, and closure.
- Ensure revenue growth and strong market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory-wise sales strategies.
- Build relationships with architects, designers, PMCs, contractors, and clients.
- Drive specification and project conversion.
- Track projects from design stage to execution.
- Generate leads through networking and market visits.
- Conduct product presentations and demos.
- Close sales through negotiation and stakeholder coordination.
- Collaborate with internal teams for execution.
- Update CRM/SFA tools with daily activities.
- Travel within assigned territory.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
- 7–10 years experience in project/B2B sales
- Strong influencer management experience.
- Knowledge of CRM/SFA tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven sales track record.
- Ability to work independently and in teams.
Educational Qualification
- MBA / Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
