Job Role: Senior Area Sales Manger
Experience: 2+ Years in Field Sales (Banking / Insurance Sector )
CTC: 3.50 to 5.50 CTC + Incentive + Others Benefits
Location: Cooch Behar
Responsibilities:
Recruit and onboard Business Partners for expanding the agency network.
Guide and support partners in hiring and developing insurance agents.
Drive life insurance policy sales through agents and field activities.
Conduct regular field visits for partner and agent support.
Provide training, motivation, and sales guidance to partners and agents.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build strong relationships with partners and customers.
Monitor team performance and ensure business growth.
Required Candidate profile
Experience: 2 to 5 Years in Banking OR Insurance Sector
Strong leadership skills with a target-focused approach
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
