Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Area Sales Manager. The individual in this position will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing key accounts, developing and maintaining client relationships, and expanding business opportunities in the assigned area. Key tasks include developing and implementing strategic sales plans, supervising sales teams, monitoring market trends, and ensuring that sales targets are consistently met or exceeded. Additionally, the Senior Area Sales Manager will provide regular reports and feedback to senior leadership while collaborating cross-functionally to support organizational goals and objectives.
Qualifications
. Daily 5-6 Visits to client's location.
. Modern Trade Sales Experience .
- Strong skills in Sales, Account Management, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Proficiency in Market Analysis, Strategic Planning, and Performance Tracking
- Experience in leading and mentoring sales teams in a dynamic and goal-focused environment
- Effective Communication, Negotiation, and Collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to identify opportunities, develop actionable strategies, and achieve sales growth
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market
- Familiarity with the FMCG, retail, or distribution industries is a strong advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline; MBA is a plus
