Position: Senior Area Sales Manager – Dental Lab

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand Dental Lab business in Ludhiana and nearby regions
- Manage and strengthen Dealer & Distributor Network
- Drive Channel Sales and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Identify new market opportunities and expand customer base (Dental Labs, Colleges, Institutions)
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical discussions
- Coordinate with service and backend teams for smooth operations
- Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and OEM partners

Candidate Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in Dental Lab Equipment / CAD-CAM / Dental Industry Sales
- Strong Channel Sales experience
- Established Dealer & Distributor Network in Punjab region preferred
- Good technical understanding of Dental Lab workflow
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
